How does the plan work?

The plan reimburses you for covered veterinary services, supplies and needs (once a deductible is met if applicable). And it’s easy to get reimbursed. When you have a claim, simply visit: https://www.petinsurance.com/submit-claim to submit your form.
What are the discounts for multiple pets?
You’ll receive the following discounts when you enroll multiple pets:
- 1 pet = 5% discount on base medical or wellness plan
- 2–3 pets = 10% discount on base medical or wellness plan for each pet
What is vethelpline® and how does it work?

vethelpline^® is a service for all our members. Expert veterinarians are available 24/7 to answer general pet questions and help identify urgent care needs. A vethelpline^® consultation is not a substitute for a visit to your primary vet.
How do I file a claim?

It’s easy. Pay your veterinarian directly and then submit your claim and invoices at my.petinsurance.com. You can also email your claim form and invoices to submitmyclaim@petinsurance.com or mail to: Nationwide Claims Department, P.O. Box 2344, Brea, CA 92822-2344. Once you’ve submitted a claim, you can track its progress at my.petinsurance.com.
